My wife and I were introduced to Lindsay two weeks ago after working with another since April. Lindsay went right to work starting with the listing and a video tour of our Boston condo unit and the surrounding area. 5 days ago she had a lease contract signed with a quality tenant (785 score) and today they are fully moved-in. I can't go into all the details because there are so many but suffice to say they were worked out with her direct involvement. Lindsay was like a whirling dervish the way she dove in and got involved. The tenants wanted to move in NOW! I can't get into the details here because there are so many but today I received a detailed statement with the breakdown for the Zelle payment I received yesterday. This was for a pro-rated month's rent ahead of the full 12 month lease period to start on the 1st of September.
