This was my first home purchase and Linda was phenomenal throughout the process. She explained everything in as much detail as we needed and answered the multitude of questions we had. She helped me find someone great for the mortgage and the inspection and has a wealth of great recommendations for local tradespeople. We closed on time with no issues. Everything went great. Linda was very open about the process. She gave me her recommendations (which always seemed to be good, commonsense advice), but readily went with whatever I decided. Andrew was meticulous about dealing with the administrative details. Both responded immediately whenever I had any questions or concerns. Once I was ready to sell, we sold the house very quickly at a price that I was happy with, based on the recent sale prices of comparable houses.
