Edna did a great job finding what my family and I were looking for. She was always informed with next steps in the process. Couldn?t ask for someone so helpful as Edna. Edna was even able to guide was on who to talk to in the town about requesting permission for work that we want done in the future. Edna also had a good connection with people to looking for mortgages, insurance and inspection. I didn?t have to go finding it on my own which can be very stressful and overwhelming. Edna made my experience as painless as possible. She responded quick through text and email and was on top of the lawyers too. She made sure things were going smooth.

Lauren Helped us find and purchase our new Home. We bought and sold our first home with Linda who put us in contact with Lauren. Lauren showed us many homes on short notice, on our schedule and was never late to an appointment. She quickly took the initiative and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Lauren was always available to talk via text or phone call. She assisted us in making our offer, negotiating the deal and helped us through to the conclusion of our home purchase. This was not a normal or smooth transaction either as our first mortgage lender could not close and backed out of the deal after we had a signed contract. Lauren was able to communicate with our new lender and lawyer to smooth out the transaction which another agent may not have been able to do. I would recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
