We totally enjoy the real estate business and have so for over 30 years. We have surrounded ourselves with top notched associates and took advantage of education classes that has kept us on top of the ever changing real estate market. Keeping you, our Purchasers and Sellers informed, has been a very important part of our longevity in the industry. We both have CRS (Certified Residential Services) designations. We have been associated with Re/Max since 1982 and both of us hold the Hall of Fame Award. We are pleased to offer our clients and customers variable appointment times. Since there are two of us, we can do double. Grady prefers showing properties and Linda loves the listing side and putting together the marketing plan for a property. We pride ourselves in being flexible, and we do try to attend all listing appointments together. We chose to live at Lake Wedowee as full time residents. We love having the lake as our back yard. Grady has a blast showing our clients/customers by boat. Makes working fun! We also show by road. We are full time Realtors and we have a personal assistant to help with the paperwork that is required. By having an assistant, that allows us more time to spend with our clients/customers.
