Since June 2018, I have sold two homes and bought one home using Rebecca as my agent. During all of these transactions, she worked extremely hard for us, using a research-based approach, keeping constant and clear communication with me and with potential buyers, and stayed engaged in a hands-on way. She represented us with class but was not afraid to get her hands dirty--she even helped me move furniture around to prepare for real estate photos and, when necessary, even shoveled snow prior to a showing at an unoccupied home we were selling! When representing us in buying a home, Rebecca was very in tune with our needs as a family and was astute at finding a home that matched those needs. She helped negotiate the deal in a fair and helpful way, and to this day we are loving the home that she helped us find. All in all, as both buyer and seller, I can say that Rebecca did an A+ job, and I am glad we were not represented by anyone else.
