She showed us the house the next day or so, and within the next couple of days she had a whole list of houses in our price range set up to show us on my next available day off of work. Before I knew it she had the property listed, and she began getting calls within days. In about a month we had a very serious offer, and within a day or so a contract. That offer didn't work out, but before the contract expired we had another serious offer, and a new contract signed within 2 days of the expiration of the initial contract.. She has been in contact almost daily with the progress of both contracts, and different issues that arose with the initial contract. Hours don't seem to matter if something needed to be addressed. In the whole process Linda has become a very good friend, and I totally trust her with everything associated with the sale. I hope to remain in contact with her when the business of selling our land is concluded. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and makes you feel that she really cares that your sale s successful in every way. You also feel that yours is the only property she dealing with because she takes such a personal interest. You cannot go wrong dealing with Linda.
