Linda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with our search for our new home. Very quickly Linda understood our requirements, our likes, and our dislikes. Once we entered the door, we could see it on her face, that she know we were walking into our future home. In fact, we successfully purchased the first and only home we looked at in the area. Linda is amazing! My husband & I were first time home buyers, went through the VA home loan. Time crunch due to landlord at old residence terminating our lease sooner than expected & baby on the way - so proceeded to start the home purchasing process - received Linda as our realtor & form get go she was super informative, helpful, & responsive.Friendly & honest & was a smooth process, extremely satisfied & got the keys to our new home 2 & half months before baby's expected due date so plenty of time to move in & settle/prep for the arrival of our little one.Grateful for her help & would highly recommend!

Whether you are looking for your forever home or a rental property; Linda is the person for you. She is such an amazing real estate agent. Due to a crazy housing market Linda worked with us for 6 months. During our 6 months she always remained professional and friendly. She was flexible with days and times that she was available to meet us. Looking at homes in Placerville and The Greater Sacramento area; she was always happy to make the drive and meet us wherever we wanted. Things have been a little different because of COVID but Linda stuck with us the whole way with the building of my wife and I's new home.Linda was very professional and always answered any questions we had right away.
