My husband and I weren't really looking to buy a new house, but a townhome on the beach caught our eye. We were on Zillow and we scheduled an appointment for a showing. That is when we met Linda Mullany. She was quick to respond, very professional, and a no pressure personality. We loved the home and decided to buy it. Linda offered to help us sell our old home and buy the new one. We said YES! We had only bought one home in the last 25 years and really had no idea what to do! She is very knowledgeable and when we had questions, we could call or text anytime and she always replied promptly. Linda was always honest with us. We decided to buy this home at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and Linda remained calm and supportive the entire time. We appreciate Linda and would recommend her. She was a blessing through the whole house buying/selling process.

Linda was an amazing realtor! Weve had several realtors from the past as a military family and she is the best weve ever had. She is very knowledgeable about the local area and processes and advised us on many items we were not aware of or cognizant of. She showed us many houses, keying in and catering to our preferences right away! She scheduled us for several listings, was very punctual, and was even able to get us into last minute showings at times. We will definitely ask her to be our realtor if we are ever in the selling or buying property world again! Thank you for finding our new home, Linda!

Linda did such a phenomenal job assisting us with everything from viewings, area familiarization, negotiating, and closing! Conducting a military move from out of state with a newborn, family separation, COVID-19, selling our other home, and starting another job here could not have happened so smoothly without her. We would absolutely recommend her to our family and friends. We bought our first home with Linda and she could not have made us more comfortable as first time buyers! We were buying from several states away during coronavirus and had to make a decision without visiting the home ourselves. She video chatted us and made us feel like we were there. From walking us through the yard to describing the sounds she heard while she was at the home we truly felt like we had been at the home before we got there! She walked us through every step of home buying and made recommendations when we didnt know what we wanted. I would 100% recommend Linda to anyone who needs a realtor!
