Let me just start by saying Linda exceeded all expectation by a mile. We came to Linda by recommendation of my parents who used her some years back to buy their home and sell their old one (which she actually had sold even before it hit the market). We were is a very difficult price range for the area because 95% of what was available that meet the requirements we wanted & the requirements of the loan we used was short sales & foreclosures. Even with the tight market she was able to get us a home that exceeded anything we thought we could afford in our budget. The thing that blew me away was how much attention she gave us. With Linda being a partner in the company and the broker managing 30 some agents and have to take care all of her buyers and sellers along with managing all the events that come along in life you can expect her to be busy. But it was amazing because I could call her anything or send her a email any time be 6 or 7 in the morning or 9 or 10 at night or any day of the week and I would have a response in a matter of a few minutes. She made us feel like her only client. And that is not easy task for her because I am a person that has a million questions and wants to be on top of everything so it was not a email here and there, it was every day sometimes up to 20 to 30 or more emails a day. So for that kind of service from day 1 to settlement is amazing. So choose Linda you wont regret it.
