I am a life long resident of the Greater Hanover Area. I graduated from New Oxford High School and attended Shippensburg University. I am a Past President of the Hanover/Adams Association of Realtors. In 1997 I was voted Realtor of the year. I am a member of the RE/MAX's Prestigious Platinum club. I have earned my Broker license, GRI and CRS designations. I am currently the Broker for RE/MAX Quality Service, Inc in Hanover, Pa. In 1997 I became a Partner in the ownership of RE/MAX Quality Service, Inc. which currently has 45 real estate agents and the Hanover area's leading real estate company. Although I had sold homes in the past I had lost touch with the market and the regulatory requirements since then. Additionally, this was an older home that required special knowledge of how best to sell it. All of Mrs Messinger's advice worked perfectly. She knew exactly how to prepare the house for sale as well as price and market it. We had a fully qualified buyer at a very satisfactory price in less than 30 days. Superbly professional. Very personable. I would recommend her without reservation.

This is the second time I've used Linda to buy and sell a home, and I would highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling, as well as the Hanover area and what it has to offer. She listens to what you want so your time isn't wasted, and she is honest through the entire process so there are no surprises. She's also very responsive to any questions along the way, and stays on top of everything until the paperwork is signed. Shes very professional, and makes you feel like youre her only client. Her negotiation skills are excellentaEUR|she got me the perfect house, and sold my current one in 10 days, both for what I wanted! I would definitely use her again if I ever needed to.

Let me just start by saying Linda exceeded all expectation by a mile. We came to Linda by recommendation of my parents who used her some years back to buy their home and sell their old one (which she actually had sold even before it hit the market). We were is a very difficult price range for the area because 95% of what was available that meet the requirements we wanted & the requirements of the loan we used was short sales & foreclosures. Even with the tight market she was able to get us a home that exceeded anything we thought we could afford in our budget. The thing that blew me away was how much attention she gave us. With Linda being a partner in the company and the broker managing 30 some agents and have to take care all of her buyers and sellers along with managing all the events that come along in life you can expect her to be busy. But it was amazing because I could call her anything or send her a email any time be 6 or 7 in the morning or 9 or 10 at night or any day of the week and I would have a response in a matter of a few minutes. She made us feel like her only client. And that is not easy task for her because I am a person that has a million questions and wants to be on top of everything so it was not a email here and there, it was every day sometimes up to 20 to 30 or more emails a day. So for that kind of service from day 1 to settlement is amazing. So choose Linda you wont regret it.
