Linda was AWESOME! Before calling her, I suffered through two other realtors that I had to fire who, to my knowledge, never even showed the house. She hit the ground running and took complete control of my situation. I was a long-distance owner, so she handled everything for me, including scheduling and supervising repairs, cleaining, and maintenance, among other things. She knew everyone to get this deal done ASAP, the original builder, appraiser, court clerks, mortgage people ... EVERYONE! She got the money I wanted and all I had to do was cash the check!

Linda is an amazing realtor!!! I contacted her online from another state and listed my home in Tennessee. Linda excitedly took reins and had a buyer for my home in less than 1 week!
