1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buying a home in Texarkana is all about being prepared and having the right strategy. The best advice I can give a buyer is to get pre-approved early, know your must-haves versus your nice-to-haves, and work with an agent who truly understands both the Texas and Arkansas sides of our market. Homes move quickly here, especially in Pleasant Grove and the surrounding neighborhoods, so having a Realtor who can act fast and negotiate strongly makes a big difference. I guide my buyers through each step so they feel confident, protected, and prepared... not rushed.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
First impressions matter. The best advice I give sellers is to price strategically and present the home as a “diamond” or a “deal.” Small prep steps like cleaning, decluttering, minor touch-ups, create a huge return in our Texarkana market. I use a high-end marketing plan with professional photography, staging guidance, targeted online exposure, and strong negotiation to help my sellers get top dollar. With low inventory and qualified buyers actively searching, pricing your home correctly from day one is the key to a faster and more profitable sale.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from first-time buyers, move-up buyers, luxury home clients, downsizers, physicians relocating to Texarkana, investors, and families moving into Pleasant Grove ISD and surrounding areas. I also represent sellers who need a smooth transition, whether they’re relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or selling an estate property. My goal is always the same: provide a high-level, results-driven experience with clear communication and strong negotiation.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my recent favorite transactions was helping a growing family find their perfect home while also representing the seller who was a client who reached out to me this summer when their plans changed. I knew immediately that the home would be a perfect match for the buyers I had been working with, who were expecting their fourth child and needed more space. We were able to create a smooth, win-win transaction with a quick close that benefited both sides.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve been in sales for over 25 years and real estate is where all of my strengths came together in negotiating, market knowledge, marketing, and truly caring for people. I started my real estate career 10 years ago and quickly became one of the top producers in the Texarkana area. Today, I’m ranked #6 out of 300+ Realtors in our MLS for 2025 and continue to grow my business by focusing on excellent communication, strong relationships, and results that speak for themselves.

Yes.
