More often known as "Kay", is the owner and principal broker. She is a former school teacher who has lived on Lana`i for over 40 years. Kay's husband, Roy, is a retired fireman who was born and raised on Lana`i. They have three children who were born and schooled on Lana`i. They have all left home to go to college and start careers in other states.
