We were both really picky and, after looking at what seemed like countless homes, we found the perfect one! Linda helped us through the process from start to finish and, since this was our first home, she thoroughly explained each step along the way. She was extremely helpful and flexible in finding and scheduling the house tours to fit our busy schedules. She's definitely a very knowledgeable realtor who knows the Delco/PA area well. When we almost gave up after a few months in and felt like we wouldn't find the perfect home before baby arrived, Linda stayed persistent and told us the "right home was out there". Sure enough, one day we walked in to our current home and it just felt like the one. We were moved in a week before baby arrived and have Linda to thank for that. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home in PA, in fact we already have passed her info along to family and friends.

She provided us with the financial tools to understand what was within our means, worked very hard to narrow down our area and provide relevant listings and was able to facilitate the mortgage process as well as the closing process. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout the process, even through the inevitable mind changes that occur. If I could rate negotiation skills higher I would as she was able to diffuse a disagreement that occurred at the closing table, resolving what was already a stressful experience from becoming far worse. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Linda to friends/family in the future.
