Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with first-time buyers, downsizers, luxury homeowners, relocating and military/veteran families, and everyone in between. Every transaction has it's unique qualities. I love them all. One of my favorite recent transactions involved helping a couple relocate from Massachusetts to southern New Hampshire. They were nervous about the timing of selling one home while buying another. Through careful coordination, clear communication, and teamwork with both agents and attorneys, we pulled off a same-day closing without a single hitch. Seeing them step into their new home that afternoon was the perfect reminder of why I do what I do.
