Linda Hall

Linda Hall has been an esteemed real estate professional and devout Fort Mill / Tega Cay resident for over 40 years. She first excelled as a single agent and then as a team leader and listing specialist, known for always delivering stellar client service and sales results. Over the decades, Linda has earned consistent awards for her performance. As head of The Linda Hall Team at Century 21 First Choice, she has been recognized with these honors: Top 10 Teams Century 21 in South Carolina, for both units and volume; Century 21 President's Award for Volume and Quality Service; and the first recipient to receive the National Century 21 Technology Producer of the Year Award in 2012. In addition to being a Licensed Agent in South Carolina and Licensed Broker in North Carolina, Linda holds numerous industry designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Plus she has been a speaker and presenter at many real estate events to empower and inspire her industry peers. Linda's team is a sponsor of the Humane Society of York County and its Christmas Store as well as a partner with the Fort Mill Care Center. Linda is originally from Charlotte, NC. She lives with her longtime husband, Pete Hall, and has a grown son who followed in her real estate footsteps. The joy of her life is her grandson, Kaleb, and her Golden Retriever Molly. Tragically in August 2021, she lost her oldest grandson, Will, due to a car accident, he will always be in her heart.
