ZillowVERIFIEDI was very happy with my experience using Linda Gore as Seller's Agent. She was very persistent moving the process along. While the house was being shown by other realtors she drove by periodically to make sure it had been locked by others since it was vacant. Once the house was under contract she followed up with Buyer's agent to know where we were in their process every step of the way. Communication was excellent as she kept me informed. Tbe Buyer had issues with his lender and we were left in limbo as to why it didn't close as scheduled. Linda went as far as calling the Buyer's bank and demanding answers as to why they were dragging their feet. Turns out their broker changed companies in the middle of the transaction. We got answers due to her diligence with follow up and perserverance. I will be selling the home I am in now and downsizing to another home. I will be having Linda as my agent again...Both selling my home and buying a new home. I highly recommend her.
