Her superior negotiating skills and expert communication skills in working with the buyers agent sold our house in less than 3 months. After a tedious inspection, she was very creative to some very tough buyer demands, which resulted in mutually agreed upon solutions. We know there is absolutely no way we would have achieved our goal had she not been the one in charge. She earned her commission and our respect 10 times over. We would highly recommend Linda for anyone interested in selling their house.

ZillowVERIFIEDI can honestly say my best interests were not be taken care of in any advice she provided multiple times, I only know this because I am now in realtor school learning all the things she did that she should not have done, including listing my condo for sale without an updated disclosure agreement or pushing for me to accept her recommended buyers twice after day 1 vs. waiting for multiple days for multiple offers. They first buyer did not even have an truly approved financing but she recommended I move out of my condo before closing, needless to say deal never closed because lender did not lend buyer. She could have recommended a buyer with a true lender approval and healthy down payment. I could go on and on but just know you should pick a realtor you trust.
