As a first time home buyer, entering the market in the search for a new home was very daunting. After we were matched with Linda through our morgage company, it became clear very fast that she was going to make this a painless and easy experiance for my fiance and I. Not only did she have a vast knowledge of the home buying process and how to be competitive in such a crazy market, her 18 years of experiance also showed through her thorough knowledge of the different products and materials found in the homes we looked at so as to inform us of the quailty of construction within the houses that we were thinking about bidding on. She was always available for my fiance and I during the entire buying process and continues to be even though we officially closed on the house nearly 3 months ago. I cannot recommend Linda enough to whoever is in the market for a new home and we will certainly be reaching out to her again if we ever find ourselves looking to purchase another property.
