I started selling real estate in the early 80's. When buying or selling a home , you need a realtor with experience. I grew up in this area, I remember when most of the additions were first built and who the builders were. My knowledge of the area benefits my clients. I love working with military families and local families. I work with amazing lenders who can help with V.A. , USDA, Conventional and F.H.A. loans. My job is to make the buying /selling experience flow smoothly, and I try to handle any stress, so you don't have to. I specialize in residential sales and land listings and I also have a vast knowledge of agriculture and land . I list and sell farm , ranch and hunting land and enjoy every minute of it.
