Linda was just what this military family needed. We originally listed our home for sale by owner Spring 2017, but had no luck. Linda was one of two agents to call wanting to show clients our home. She earned our business because of her honest, kind heart, knowledge and willingness to show clients a home listed for sale by owner. My husband and I are incredibly pleased with our experience having Linda Anderson as our realtor. We had the unique experience of purchasing our first home sight-unseen as we were military stationed overseas. Linda corresponded with us via video messenger and email and was easy to get in touch with. When we wanted input from trusted family members and a friend, she was willing to tour the home with them. She bent over backwards to make sure that we got what we wanted during the closing process and was determined to make sure that we got a home that we would love. What also proved invaluable in our experience with Linda was her ties within the community. Linda?s family has been in Altus for generations and she not only knows the ins and outs of the town, but she also has contacts for everything a new home buyer needs when setting up a home - from fantastic mortgage brokers to remodeling to Mothers? Day Out. She is incredibly trustworthy and pleasant to work with and we recommend her very highly.

We highly recommend Linda!! Linda assisted us in finding our new home in Altus. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and exceptionally so in her expertise. She returned my calls promptly and if she did not know something she got back with me quickly. Linda offered to take additional pictures of any homes that we were interested in, including but not limited to a video walk-through to assist us in making a good choice. My husband and I were unable to view, in person, homes that were for sale in the area because we were coming from another state so again Linda stepped up to the plate and beyond to make this as easy as possible but most importantly assisting us in making the right choice. Linda also assisted us with some very important things, documents, etc. that the underwriters were requiring from us so again she went far beyond what was expected from a realtor and assisted us with that as well. My husband and I highly recommend Linda. She has proven to be outstanding an exceptional in her field.

We listed our home with Linda in May, so during the move season for military PCSs. I made a guess on my rating for local knowledge as I know she has lived there a long time. I rated her process expertise as 3 stars because she asked us to do some paint refreshing, which we did. I may have been a little generous in those two categories but am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her responsiveness was simply deplorable. We had no idea if and when the house was being shown, she would tell us people were coming to see it but received no feedback, and there were times we would contact her and have no response. I was unable to rate her negotiation skills because we never received an offer although she did say the house showed beautifully and was perfectly priced. After 3 months on the market with little communication and no results I asked a couple friends who they had used to sell their homes and heard from one whose house had sat for a full year that they had listed with Linda. They had used her to purchase their home and said she was great on the buyer side, but not so representing them as sellers. The few times we did connect with her to get feedback we always felt that there was an excuse for why it wasnt selling when all we wanted was honest information so that we could make it more attractive to buyers whether that be painting, cleaning, or a new price if that was needed. We were anxious to sell and move on with buying our next home and were willing to do what it took. The home is in one of the nicer neighborhoods in town and there didnt seem to be a reason for it to not sell. We finally decided to part ways and rent it and list it again for the next move cycle.
