Once we decided on the price they had excellent marketing tools both printed and online. Because we lived in a gated community where they also lived they were present for all of the showings to prospective buyers. When you have a question as to the process or a task, they answer your phone calls or texts very timely and have answers. We had immediate showings and after 2, we had an offer from a potential buyer just viewing our house on the internet.
