ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Lincoln Roberts because I was looking for a go-getter. He turned out to be disengaged, unorganized and did not look out for my best interests. I would not recommend Lincoln Roberts to anyone looking for a listing agent. There are so many other more qualified and motivated agents in town.

ZillowVERIFIEDI was in town and wanted to inquire about the location of a piece of property I found in Ennis, MT. The listing did not show the correct location of the lot. Zillow connected me with Lincoln and we talked at 9:00 am. I requested info on the lot and advised that Id like to look at it prior to leaving town at noon. Its now been 24 hours and still no response. He said hed send the map, but nothing. Cant work with an agent that cant be bothered to complete step one.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were coming from out of town to view some condos at Big Sky and spent a considerable amount of time an money on the trip. The morning we were suppose to meet with him he sent us an email stating, "something came up and he would not be able to show us properties today." He never called us never confirmed with us that we received the message and never even attempted to have someone else show us the properties. I was very disappointed and I don't know how he could stay in business with that kind of attitude. Very disrespectful!!! Its been 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything back from him

After struggling for some time in search of a Big Sky condo on my own, I secured Lincoln's services as a buyers agent. I found Lincoln to be immediately engaging and committed to client service which trended throughout the entire purchase and sale process via his timely and accurate deliverables and true to form representation of my asks. That is to say, I felt as though Lincoln was co-purchasing the condo with me and not there to collect or strike another property off the market. When I closed on the condo and the previous owner left the unit a complete mess as I attempted to move in, Lincoln was there for me at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening participating in and ushering me through the cleanup efforts. I could not have been more pleased with Lincoln's services. Quite frankly, there is no reason to seek the real estate services of any other agent. If you want an enjoyable and peace of mind real estate transaction experience, Lincoln's your guy.
