Lina and her team are top-notch! Lina assisted me in buying my condo 6 years ago and then helped me sell it. She was very knowledge about the local market and did an excellent job of pricing my condo to maximize return. She and her team exude professionalism and know what it takes to sell a property. She has a great network of resources to assist with any items that need addressing during the entire process. Lina had a punch list of all the things we needed to address to put us in the best position to sell the property. She is there to help all along the way. Whatever it takes. It all paid off! The property was listed for a week and we sold it above asking price! If I move back to the area, Lina will be my realtor once again, unequivocally!
