Our selling experience was more challenging and took longer than we initially anticipated.A We began with a different realtor who had strong reviews and experience, but after the initial rush of being new on the market, buyer interest slowed.A Unfortunately, our agent seemed to slip into autopilot and became less responsive, which was frustrating. After some reflection, we decided to pivot to Lilly and that decision made all the difference.A Her critical eye, energy, dedication to open houses, and intentional, strategic approach that was paired with strong instincts were a breath of fresh air. When my wife and I were preparing to sell our home, we interviewed 5 real estate agents including Lilly. Although she had the least experience in the group, when we told her what our needs wereaEUR"selling the house as is, with no open housesaEUR"she offered us a strategy that we thought worked well for us. She considered a variety of potential buyers and was attuned to our timeline. We decided to sign with her. When the average time on market was 30 days, she found us a buyer within three days of the house being listed. We sold at the price we had agreed on.
