I cannot say enough positive things about Lillian. We were working together selling my Mother's home in Burlington, I live in California, the Co-owner was in Texas, and the title was a mess. So it was logistically a challenge to say the least, along with all the normal sales hurdles. We also had a very challenging buyer and the attorney involved wasn't particularly helpful. The odds were stacked against us. But with Lillian's local knowledge and expertise, along with a true and sincere desire to help my Mom we were able to get this very difficult deal completed to our great satisfaction. How do I move without a gap between homes?

Hi Tony, It sounds like you had a bad experience, but it doesn't have to happen again. When done right, closing on your current home in the morning and then closing on your new home in the afternoon has worked well very often. Your belongings are on a truck for just 1 or 2 nights. Except for purchasing a new home before selling your current home, there are no other options. Find a very experienced realtor who can sell your home and coordinate with the agent for the house you are buying. Best of Luck. Lillian
