I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. This includes investors looking for both buy-and-hold properties as well as those interested in flips. I’ve also helped first-time homebuyers navigate the process and find their perfect home. Additionally, I’ve worked with full-time residents and those seeking second homes or vacation properties. I understand the importance of discretion and privacy, and I’m committed to providing a tailored experience for clients who value confidentiality throughout the buying or selling process.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my most memorable recent transactions was helping some dear friends sell their condo and find their next home. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The buyer of their condo was absolutely thrilled with the property, which made the sale even more rewarding. On top of that, I was able to secure an off-market waterfront home for my clients—exactly what they had been dreaming of. They’re now happily settled into their new home. We sold their condo quickly and for an excellent price, which made the whole experience even more fulfilling.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve been passionate about real estate since I was young. Growing up, my father was an architect, and I spent a lot of time on job sites with him, which sparked my fascination with homes and design. As soon as I was able, I pursued real estate, getting my license and selling my first home while still in college. After graduating, I had the privilege of working full-time alongside one of the top real estate agents in the area for nearly three years, where I was involved in over $300 million in transactions. Now, with eight years of experience, I’ve transitioned into working in partnership with my husband on the Jennifer Kilpatrick Team, which is ranked #1 in Delray Beach. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for every step that’s brought me to where I am today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I truly believe that there is no training or education more valuable than real-world experience. While I’ve gained a solid foundation through formal education and ongoing professional development, it’s the hands-on experience and the lessons learned from working with a diverse range of clients that have truly shaped my approach. Navigating the ever-changing market, solving unique challenges, and negotiating deals on behalf of my clients has been the best education I could ask for. Ultimately, my focus is on providing the most informed, practical advice based on real-world expertise to help my clients achieve their goals.
