I'm an optimist by nature and friends often say that when I set my mind to something, like a dog with a bone. I believe in working hard and not having a personal agenda which is likely why most of my business comes from referrals from past clients, my church and other agents... this tells me I'm doing pretty well!

My fifteen years of real estate experience on the front range is invaluable, as is my experience with ranch and land transactions. I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert and well versed in competing in multiple offer scenarios to get my Buyers in first position. I have an experienced team, so together we can accommodate most schedules quickly, which is crucial in our competitive Denver market.

For Sellers, I bring extensive marketing experience to the table. I've found that spending a couple thousand dollars up front for the best design/staging/videos/photos etc.. generally equates to a lot more money in my Client's pockets. Equally as important is understanding the way Buyers are searching for properties today and staying on the cutting edge of technology to give my listings the most exposure.
