A few weeks ago Lidia helped me close on a second home, this purchase was for an investment property. We (I) ran into some issues with an online lending company a few weeks prior to closing. Lidia not only remained cool, but assured me that we would get through the process. She help me identify a new lender, handled all concerns with seller and seller's agent; and made a stressful situation manageable and as low-stress as possible. Lidia is a wonderful person to have on your side when it comes to finding homes. We had some issues qualifying due to items we had in our credit report. Even though we couldn't qualify Lidia never gave up on us. When we were finally able to qualify Lidia did not waste any time in finding our dream home. The whole process of buying a house was not as stressful because of her calm demeanor. Our whole family will more than likely work with Lidia on their future home purchase.
