Reilly did an amazing job through my house hunting process. Through living in apartments over the years I knew it was time to start the process of moving into a home. Prior to searching for a home for the first time I knew a few things, but defiantly not all that is included and wanted to find a realtor that can help inform me and guide me through the market. Reilly for sure was the realtor for my fiancA(C)e and I as she walked us through every aspect of the process. She was always there able to answer any question we may have. My fiancA(C)e and I have known Reilly for a very long time, and we knew we wanted her to be our realtor for her work ethic and helpfulness not just in work but in life. We knew she would be able to help us through all our questions and touring houses with our busy work schedule. Truly we valued her transparency, helpful tips, information on the whole process, and quickness in responses no matter what time/day it was. My advice for a potential first time home buyer would be to work with your realtor and lender to understand the process of buying a home. Getting a realistic parameter of location, cost, and other necessities wanted in a home can really help you realtor dial in faster of finding you a new home. One final note is to ask any and all questions you may have before making a decision. Without Reilly and her team, I don't know if we would have been able to find the home we always wanted!
