Lexi and her team made our dream of buying our first home a reality! Lexi took the time to meet with us months before we really started our search to fill us in on what it takes to buy a home and some of the things we need to do/prepare to keep things as smooth as possible. After getting all our documents in order and getting pre approved, Lexi and Thaiz were SO HELPFUL in helping us nail down what style home we wanted and where we wanted to be. Lexi and team showed us multiple houses and once we were ready to make an offer they were by our side the whole time ( thank you for answering all my phone calls with random questions Lexi!) which made the entire process much better. From putting in our offer to the day of closing Lexi, Thaiz and the entire team were so supportive and helpful at answering all our questions and setting us up for success! To top it off after we moved in they gifted us some items for our soon to be born baby girl - this really made it feel like we were working with our family. Where to start? I couldn't say enough good things about Winter Properties Realty Group! Lexi and her team are top notch. It was my first time buying a home and they started with a PowerPoint presentation about all the steps it would take to buy a home. Not only that but they are a "one stop shop" they set me up with home inspectors, mortgage lenders, lawyers and property insurance. On top of all that they were available anytime to answer my questions and also were flexible with my schedule when viewing homes. They were so good that even in todays market I only looked at 5 homes before finding the one that I wanted and that I'm in love with. From the first contact with Lexi and Lynne we were well taken care of from that point through the entire house purchase process. We were coming in from out of state and in a time of Covid-19 that is not an easy circumstance to deal with. Prior to our arrival for our house hunting tour, they took the time to understand what we were looking for so when we arrived in the Framingham area they were ready with a list of places that fit us, preventing unnecessary exposure to places that would not. We found our next house in a matter of days, but could not be around for much of the process. So they were our eyes and ears when it came time for such things as inspections and they did not lose patience when we had our doubts and wanted to virtually view a couple other properties. Then, even after the deal was made they continued to be our contact, walking us through some difficult negotiations and doing a lot of research and recommendations for the local area. We would never have gotten through this process without their excellent help and advice. They are by far the best agents we have ever had, and we have had more than a few over the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are friendly, responsive, and generally fun to work with and we are truly grateful for having met them.

Lexi and Bryan were extremely helpful in taking my wife and I through the home search & buying process while we were still living out-of-state.
