Lester A. Salazar is an excellent realtor. I had a pleasure to work with Lester in selling my home and finding a new one. Lester is highly professional and truly pleasant to work with. He listens and pays attention to a client needs and preferences. Lester was born here and is very knowledgeable on Oahu's real estate market and it's current fluctuations. My husband and I left Hawaii and moved to Washington state. It was my very good fortune to have Lester Salazar represent my mother's property sale after her passing this year, and in the process of working together got to know a little about him, his work ethic and his character. Lester Salazar is an incredibly trustworthy and a shining example in an industry where there is a surplus of agents. Lester stands out! Lester would shine in any industry he chose, and is an asset to the Hawaii Real Estate Industry. He not only genuinely cares about helping people; caring for people is his passion. He is a very lovely, kind, and compassionate man. Lester takes great pride in his work, and is a man of his word. He possesses exceptional attention to detail. Not a once did I ever wonder or worry about the property: the listing, the improvements, or attention to the marketing of the property. I never had time to worry or wonder because Lester kept me informed. From start to finish it was the best real estate experience! My husband I previously bought and sold four other properties, and only wished we had someone as professional and honest as Lester! Our working relationship was distant, and short lived, only because Lester was always on top of the property listing, and, fortunately,,we closed in 25-days, but in my heart he will long remain a man of depth and good character.

Erwin was the best, I really enjoyed working with him, he treated me like a friend, and he treated my mother as if she was his grandmother. Selling a forever home is very difficult, my mother lived in this house for over 50 years and Erwin understood the emotional roller coaster that my mother was going through and really helped her with the process of selling her home and made sure she understood all the paper work that was needed to complete this sale. Heart to heart, I have a lot of respect for Erwin and I would not been able to go through this import transaction with out him. Erwin was a blessing to me and my family.
