Meeting Lesly Toohey was through "a name on a sign" but was the best ever perchance meeting for us when our moving became an obvious necessity. Our genuine feeling is that if sellers will listen and follow Lesly's advice on preparing a property to sell, the desired results will come. A change in a wall color or a furniture change might be necessary as was the case for us. Our home was on the market twenty days and sold!
