I was looking for homes in Port St. Lucie. Traciann sent me all the MLS listings and I chose 14. I arranged for boarding overnight for my dog. I realized when I made the 2 hour trip down from another area in Florida that I would not get to see all, some may be under contract or not available to view. I told her I would be there at approx 2:30 to 3pm. I arrived at 2 pm and called to see if she could show homes earlier. She said no she was not available for another hour and sent us to a shopping plaza to see how we liked the area. She finally called us back to arrange to see an older house built in 1995. I currently own a house built in 2017. In the list the oldest house we chose was built in 2006. I told her no, it was not what we wanted and was not on our list. She then told us she would meet us at another house 20 minutes away. We drove there, she was not there and called to see what we thought. I told her the area the house was located in was undersirable to us. She told us she had another house 20 minutes away and that she would meet us at. We drove but again she never showed up and called to see what we thought. I responded, this is not what we are looking for the house was in an industrial area. I asked her why she didn't set up for us to see any of the 14 houses on the list. Her reply was they are mostly under contract. I told her they showed as active on the MLS list. We wasted an entire day, $40 worth of gas and $35 for boarding my dog, Five hours driving for nothing. She set up no appointment and never left her office to show us the 2 houses that we never inquired about. She never even apologized for wasting our time. She knew we were traveling quite a distance and had to board our dog overnight.

Leslie made the whole process quite easy for me. She took all the time necessary to ensure my home buying experience was both simple and flawless for me even if it meant she had to put in the extra effort.The whole team at Re/Max worked together perfectly to ensure all my timelines and expectations were met. Kudos to them for that.I really did pressure Leslie and her team to make sure everything stayed on schedule and they did NOT disappoint. I can only say I wish other realtors took their job as seriously as Leslie does. She worked tirelessly for me and I am extremely happy with the end result. Thank you all for that!Final words from me, I highly recommend Leslie and her team if your looking to avoid the shenanigans of most realtors and have someone on your side throughout the entire home buying process.
