Leslie Floyd is a very knowledgeable & professional agent & knows the Vineyard well. She always kept me informed & was readily available to answer any questions. Her expertise & patience through some tough negotiation was fundamental in bringing the sale to a close. Leslie also volunteered to help with necessary referrals for a carpenter & also an electrician for jobs that needed to be completed for closing. She followed through with phone calls to these workers. I know in this busy period when there are problems getting help that they followed thru only because of Leslies involvement. I know this because they told me so & said how busy they were. Without Leslies help more than likely we would have been the ones asking for extensions.Leslie also took it upon herself to help out with some odd jobs that were needed when we were not on Island. One example was a problem with a package that was not picked up. She readily volunteered to take the box to UPS. Leslie was more than willing to go above & beyond on a problem that occurred. Im grateful to Leslie for all her help, professionalism & expertise in bringing this sale to a close.

Leslie did an excellent job from start to finish. Her research into comps was extensive and insightful. She suggested an asking price that seemed reasonable. The house was nicely staged and photographed, she kept us informed on showings and buyer reactions, got us 2 offers in less than a week from the listing date, and negotiated a selling price above our asking price. As well, she did all the little things that needed doing: repairs, inspections, disconnects, etc. promptly and willingly. As we are out-of-state, she packaged and shipped a number of items to us that we did not want to leave behind. She monitored, in person, the packing and loading of the contents of the house when it came time to move. She used her many contacts on the Vineyard to get things done. When you engage her, know you are in good hands!

I would recommend Leslie to anyone who wants to sell their home. She is so familiar with the Vineyard. We had our house on the market for three plus years with no offers. We interviewed two other real estate companies but liked her approach and knowledge the best . The goal was to sell the house in 2019 . And ..... it happened ! Sold on 12/27. She was right there every step of the way. Running to the town hall , coming up with creative ways to market the house and bring in the right buyer ! Apart from all of that she is a nice warm person with 28 plus years of experience! When looking for a realtor you can t go wrong with Leslie from Point B. Oh they also got the house rented during the summer !
