Ive been buying investment property for a little over six years now and had worked with quite a few real estate agents in the past. By far Lesley is the most professional, knowledgeable, and reliable agent Ive worked with! The first time I came to know Lesley, I was looking for an investment property that is still affordable within the DFW area. As someone who recently moved to DFW, I needed an agent whose knowledgeable about the Dallas Metroplex to advise the areas I had to focus on for investment property while understanding the monthly cash flow it can generate. Lesleys background in accounting clearly sets her apart from other agents out there, she was able to quickly narrow down the areas I should be focusing, which helped us locating the property effectively. Lesley always able to spot items that dont look right as well within the properties we went in. And thanks to her strategic approach, I was able to secure a property in a multiple offers situation.
