Lesley Hudgins

Lesley Hudgins is a native Midwesterner. A die hard Cubs fan and long time basketball player- winning the state Championship in high school and going on to receiving a full scholarship for the sport from the University of Illinois. Dedication and perseverance led to her award of MVP honors her senior year. Lesley graduated the university with a degree in Psychology and minors in French and Business. Lesley worked in the restaurant business in management positions for the next 10 years until a fateful business trip to the Fort Lauderdale area. She fell in love with the area, and now calls Pompano Beach her home since 1998. A member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale board of Realtors since 2005. Lesley has donated her time and energy, serving on numerous committees through the years. This work only helps to strengthen ties to the community, continuously increases knowledge of the business, and establishes her as a leader in her field. Lesley enjoys the challenges of the Real Estate field. She specializes in waterfront homes, condos on the beach and distressed properties. She has been successful completing short sales before anyone knew what a short sale was! Lesley works in ALL price ranges! Lesley brings her passion and skills to every client and every deal. Many of her past buyers and sellers have become life-long clients and friends! Referrals have always been the primary source of her business, and she holds that very personal.
