We asked Lesa to be our realtor after having an unsatisfactory experience with another local real estate agency; we have purchased and sold multiple homes in other parts of the country, so are familiar with what to expect from a good real estate agent. Lesa has successfully assisted us with a large land purchase as well as a small investment property purchase, and is currently helping us with a potential commercial purchase. Having grown up in the area, she has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market as well as numerous professional contacts in the area (she is our go-to person if we are looking for a plumber, contractor, etc.). She looks out for our best interests rather than trying to make the easiest and/or most profitable sale.
