Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Leisel L. Taylor graduated from the prestigious Holy Name Convent High School. Proceeding to Howard University, Washington, D.C., she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1991. After holding senior accounting positions with KPMG, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and AARP, she transitioned into real estate full time in 2015. In 2018, Leisel was the Team Leader/CEO of "Taylor Made", a Multi-Award Winning Real Estate Team, which she established with her husband, Donnell. The Taylor Made Team consistently sells over $35 million in real estate annually and is currently ranked as the #4 team in the Washington DC market, with the Prince George's County Association of Realtors. In October 2021, Leisel further expanded her real estate footprint and opened her own brokerage, Village Premier Collection Maryland Realty that is located in Lanham, MD. Leisel is committed to helping her community build generational wealth by using real estate as the vehicle to accomplish this goal. She is also focused on helping her real estate agents achieve their goals by helping them build successful businesses so that they can create the life that they desire. Committed to being a true resource in the real estate industry, Leisel has made several featured guest appearances to include national conferences, radio and television such as Inman Connect, HGTV's House Hunters, Fox 5 DC, DIY Network and WBB Talk.
