I am an accredited staging professional and provide that expertise to my sellers. I am a Buyer Specialist and am familiar with numerous loan products to help guide my buyers to the best lending options. (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, FHA 203K, State & Federal Down Payment Assistance Grants, etc.) I am married to David (also a Broker) for 35 years. We have three children and two grandsons. We are very involved in our youngest son's sports and are GEORGIA BULLDOGS at heart!
