Our home purchase in Sandpoint was a unique situation. We were moving from another State and selling our home there. Through unforeseen circumstances the first contract we had for our home in Colorado fell through which could have jeopardized the purchase of our home here in Sandpoint. We had given up on the possibility of staying in contract on our home in Sandpoint. Leigh pro-actively negotiated an agreement and a way for us to stay in contract for our home in Sandpoint. We are so appreciative to her for this. Her communication/response time with us was top notch. I cannot express how wonderful it was to have someone like Leigh to work with. There can be stress and emotions when selling and buying a new home. Leigh was right with us the whole time even though we were located out of State. She has high integrity and is very professional.
