Since this was my first home purchase in the Greenville area I was excited, very nervous, and thinking I should wait another year to save more money. Well, thanks to Lee Vining (and his team) I got the house I wanted, in the exact neighborhood I wanted, and at the price I wanted to pay. Lee?s real estate experience, knowledge of the upstate area, and his endless patience made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish. Besides answering all my questions (and there were a lot), I could tell that Lee really cared and wanted me to find a home to live in and not just a house to spend money on. For instance, when we first started working together I had a list of 25 ?must have? things that I had to have for my new home. Lee nodded his head and started sending me houses to look at via my online account. In about four weeks we had it down to a more sensible seven ?must haves? and three ?really wants.? In less that 90 days we found just what I wanted (except for the wrap-around porch), my offer was accepted and I was moving in Christmas week. Finding and buying a home can be a stressful and intimidating thing for most people. There are so many details to consider and on-the-spot decisions to be made. Lee did a great job keeping me calm during the chaos of selling and buying my home. He knows the upstate well and knows a lot of people.
