Lee was wonderful to work with when we sold our house. He answered all my questions and would respond to my texts almost immediately, even late at night. He and his assistant held an open house and had over 20 additional showings in one week! I was amazed at the number of people he was able to schedule to see the house. During escrow, he was great about scheduling and providing us results of the inspections as soon as they came in. He helped negotiate only necessary repairs. I would highly recommend Lee!
