Lee Harrington at Diamond View Realty is absolutely incompetent and difficult to work with. His poor oversight, unpermitted work, and costly issues made the process difficult. His corner-cutting and lack of permits resulted in excessive fines and penalties that had to be rectified before the final sale of the unit. I would not recommend his services to tenants or buyers. He has established a poor reputation within the real estate community.

Lee was very knowledgeable and available from the beginning of the process to the end. He walked through the process and anything we did not understand, he made sure he explained it to our satisfaction. We never felt rushed during any decisions we had to make. Lee answered all of our questions regarding all of the paperwork. He was knowledgeable about the comps of the in the neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhood when we were deciding on the selling price.
