Lee was fantastic to work with! She had our back from start to finish and seamlessly guided us through the entire home buying process. Right off the bat, Lee was incredibly responsive to all forms of communication. Each property we toured, Lee always came prepared with all of the facts and features about the property and home as well as information about the neighborhood. And somehow in this crazy market, she landed us our dream home!!! We were first-time homebuyers and she did such an amazing job explaining everything to us, making sure we were comfortable at each step, and truly acting as our representative by bringing all parties together and making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to keep us on track with dates and deadlines. Lee went above and beyond to get us into our new home in steamboat. We were a little picky at first but Lee had the knowledge to educate us on the market and what to expect in our price range. She was very patient with me and all of the other people we had to deal with throughout the process. She was very trustworthy in the process and I knew I could call her to answer ANY questions I had. She even pushed to get our closing day 4 days earlier than initially planned. I wouldn't choose anyone else to sell or buy a home with. Were extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Lee for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the area.
