Ledio listed our condominium in Logan Square at the beginning of March, and we had an offer in a week. It was not the easiest condo to sell -- a vacant basement unit -- but he priced it right. Then he and his partner, Nick, began showing it right away, and it sold quickly! He is a great communicator with a very personalized touch, and I never had to wonder what was going on. It was a very stress-free process for me. Highly recommended! I will definitely use Ledio again.
