Leanna and Keith made a positive impression on us from the initial meeting onward. As one might expect, the house needed several repairs. Leanna and Keith provided many resources and referrals so we could complete the necessary maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-conscience manner (and from out-of-state!). In addition, Leanna's and Keith's expert staging made the house photograph beautifully. The staging, along with a beautifully written description of the house and neighborhood really drove foot traffic to this old house. Leanna and Keith completely understood our concerns about selling the house and even provided valuable feedback about keeping it as a rental property versus selling.
