Leanna and Keith Sellars showed professionalism, grace, understanding, and experience in navigating our emotional house sale. My brother and I found ourselves in the unenviable situation of having to liquidate and sell our childhood home. A trusted realtor in a different state suggested we contact Leanna and Keith. Leanna and Keith made a positive impression on us from the initial meeting onward. As one might expect, the house needed several repairs. Leanna and Keith provided many resources and referrals so we could complete the necessary maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-conscience manner (and from out-of-state!). In addition, Leanna's and Keith's expert staging made the house photograph beautifully. The staging, along with a beautifully written description of the house and neighborhood really drove foot traffic to this old house. Leanna and Keith completely understood our concerns about selling the house and even provided valuable feedback about keeping it as a rental property versus selling. Ultimately, we sold the house to a very patient and understanding buyer. We had a great experience with Leanna and Keith Sellars and highly recommend them!

Leanna was so great to work with at every step of the way. Since we are from out of state, it was helpful to have her recommendations to help navigate buying a house in Texas.
