My passion for real estate started with Greencraft, the Asheville-based residential building company I founded with my husband in 2003. I began helping find and develop land and market new construction properties, then quickly moved into helping friends and family with their real estate. As I branched out from new construction into historic homes, I realized I loved helping people with real estate, especially experiencing the variety in the Asheville-area market. I have a love for helping people, and being an active listener and a trusted adviser for what for most people is their most valuable investment. To make sure my clients get the best advice possible, I have obtained the National Associations of Realtors Green designation; I am also a Luxury Marketing Specialist, as well as a Strategic Pricing Specialist. A love of the natural environment has informed my personal life as well. My family and I enjoy taking advantage of all of the outdoor beauty and adventure Asheville has to offer. Depending on the season, you'll find us on the trails, rivers or ski slopes of Western North Carolina!
