About Leah Prahl

Leah is the Broker and Owner of Premier Choice Realty. She is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, the Southern Minnesota Association or Realtors and is a graduate of the elite Floyd Wickman Professional Real Estate Sales Training Program. Leah has had her real estate license since 2007 and has been a Broker since 2009. Her expertise and transaction volume make her second to none in the area. In addition to Leah's professional dedication, she is also committed to the civic organizations that support Sibley County. She is a member of the Gaylord & Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce, 2016 Vice President of the Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce, 2016 Arli-Dazzle Co-Chair, 2017 President of the Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce, 2017 Arli-Dazzle Chair, and 2016-2017 Leading Sibley County program member. She is also an active member of the Sibley East Parent-Community Organization (PCO) and Trinity Lutheran Church of rural Gaylord. Leah grew up on her family's century farm west of Le Sueur where her interest in business and real estate began. She attended Sibley East Schools in Gaylord & Arlington and graduated in 2002. In 2006 she graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with a B.A in Business Management. Leah lives in rural Henderson with her husband Jamie Harmon and their three children, Lydia, Benton and Lillian. In addition to spending time with her family, Leah's hobbies include: travel, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Leah really knows the real estate market in the area. We chose her to list our house. She takes the time to get to know you, and uses your suggestions for marketing the property. He pictures and home description made the listing very desirable, and we had multiple offers within a week on market. She was always available to talk and answer questions.

Leah sold our home and also helped on our new home. She did a great job. We had been looking for a long time. She never made us feel rushed or tried to make us like anything we were not happy with. She was knowledgeable, got back to us quickly when we called and left her a message, and was a super great realtor to help us through such an important time in our lives. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to work with someone to help you get things done at the pace you want, someone you can trust and someone to get honest answers for questions that you may have. (Did I mention that she was working with us on finalizing all the papers and sale when she was near her due date? She gave birth a few days after it was all complete.) Thanks for all your help Leah.
