Layney Silva

A resident of the valley for her entire life, she has lived and worked in many areas in The Central Valley. Her business is based on more than 80 percent of referrals from satisfied clients. The most important priority she has, is providing the excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. She received the 100% Club Award in 2023 and is a part of one of RE/MAX's top teams in the area. Layney has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to condominiums, and land properties. Clients appreciate her flexibility, communication, patience, and her ability to accurately price and market a home! Layney resides in Acampo with her husband, Michael, their son, Weston, and their three labarador retrievers, Bourbon, Brisket, and Brandy. Layney enjoys cooking, organizing, decorating, golfing, and traveling! She loves helping her clients and maintaining lasting relationships with them all.
