You can tell he truly cares for his clients, he was extremely accommodating to our hectic schedule, and would set up showings of homes that were convenient to us even if it ment sometimes looking at homes late at night. Jario is very knowledgeable and has a keen eye, he often pointed out problems while showing us homes that we would miss. I really appreciated his honesty, if we were ever unsure about a home, he would give his opinion if we asked and compare the pros and cons.
