My wife and I purchased a second home in South Yarmouth and Amy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Linda did an outstanding job helping my husband and I purchase a home. Her knowledge of the area was immense . She consistently directed us via phone, text or email toward houses in just the right area for us. She was quick to let us know of an appropriate new listing . Lindas communication skills were impeccable. She explained how each houses heating system would work. She knew how to explain systems so I could understand it. She would professionally point out what may need to be fixed and a rough cost. Linda's knowledge of the inner workings/ trends of purchasing/selling a house was very impressive. She knew what we should offer on a house to secure it. She stayed so calm during our drama filled closing. She worked in person with our attorney to make sure the closing actually happened. Linda went so far as to tell us what was wrong or correct on heating system so we were so informed.
